Eyelash Extension Common Questions
What are eyelash extensions?
Eyelash Extensions are individual strands of synthetic fibers made to replicate a natural eyelash. When applied, eyelash extensions lengthen and thicken your own natural eyelashes. The single strands are applied to each individual eyelash, one by one. With proper application, lash extensions look and feel completely natural.

Applied by our expert artists, these extensions will last for the duration of your natural eyelashes’ growth cycle. Depending on your lifestyle and daily routine, touch-ups are typically needed every 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I swim .shower, exercise ,or visit a spa while wearing eyelash extensions?
We recommend keeping the extensions dry for the first 48 hours. After that, you can resume normal activities, including swimming, showering, and exercising. However, prolonged steam exposure as found in saunas and some facials may weaken the adhesive bond.
How soon can I wash my face after the extensions are applied?
It’s best to avoid washing your face for 24-48 hours after application. Those with sensitivities should wash their face within the first 12 hours.
How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?
- Keep your lashes dry for the initial 24-48 hours.
- Avoid steam and saunas.
- Refrain from perming or curling the extensions.
- Daily brushing with a clean mascara wand is recommended.
- Tip: Gently wash and brush your lashes in the morning to maintain neatness. If they start to clump, a quick visit to the salon can help.
Is the product FDA approved? Is it safe?
Eyelash extensions are not currently regulated by the FDA as they are applied to the eyelashes and do not touch the skin. The application is pain-free and considered relaxing by many clients.
How long will it take to apply eyelash extensions and how is it done?
A full set of lashes takes about 60-90 minutes to apply, while refills take 45-60 minutes. You’ll rest on a massage table with closed eyes, listening to calming music, as the extensions are applied to your upper lashes one by one.
Do I have to do anything to prepare for the service?
Remove all eye makeup with an oil-free remover before your appointment. Ensure your lashes are not permed or curled beforehand.
What happens if I choose to have my eyelash extensions removed?
We provide a removal service, which involves a 30-minute session where a gel remover is applied to the extensions (without skin contact) for 10 minutes to dissolve the adhesive, allowing for easy removal of the extensions.
Microblading Common Questions
What is Microblading?
Microblading is a way to make your eyebrows look fuller and more natural. It’s a bit like a tattoo but not as deep, so it only lasts about 1 to 3 years. A special tool is used to draw tiny lines that look like hairs. This is great for people who want better-looking eyebrows or have few eyebrow hairs. The color used will match your natural eyebrow color and skin tone.
How Long Does It Take?
The first time you get microblading, it takes 2 to 3 hours. The technician will first design your brows and choose the right color. Then they start the procedure. After 4 to 6 weeks, you’ll need a shorter follow-up session to make any small changes.
Healing Time
Your eyebrows might look red and darker at first, but this is normal. They might scab a little, but don’t pick at them. It takes about 7 to 14 days for healing, and a month for the final color to set. The color might look lighter after two weeks, but it’s just part of the healing process.
Is a Touch-Up Needed?
Yes, after 4 to 6 weeks. This is because everyone’s skin is different, and some parts might need more color. People with oily skin might need a darker color. This session is to make sure your eyebrows look perfect.
Can I Get a Touch-Up Sooner Than 4 Weeks?
No, you should wait at least 4 weeks. This is because the skin needs time to heal properly, and the color needs to settle in.
Is It Painful?
It’s usually not very painful. A numbing cream is used to reduce any discomfort. Some people feel a slight scratching sensation.
How Long Does It Last?
Microblading lasts 1 to 3 years. It fades over time because the color isn’t as deep as a regular tattoo. How long it lasts depends on your skin type, age, and skincare routine. To keep them looking good, you might need a touch-up every 12 to 18 months.
Pre and Post Care
Before getting microblading, avoid alcohol, aspirin, and anything that thins your blood for 72 hours. Don’t tan or do any facial scrubs or peels for two weeks. After, keep the area clean and use a healing balm for 5 to 7 days. Don’t put makeup on the area for 10 days, don’t swim or go into saunas for 14 days, and avoid scrubs or peels for 2 weeks.
Who Shouldn't Do It?
People using Accutane, with heart conditions, diabetes, skin diseases, recent Botox or peels, allergies to certain anesthetics, or pregnant and nursing women should avoid microblading. If you have a medical condition, check with your doctor first.
Risks and Complications?
If you follow the care instructions, risks are low. But some people might be allergic to the pigments, so a patch test is a good idea if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
What If I Don't Like It?
Choose carefully and look at different artists’ work before deciding. The shape and style are agreed upon before starting. If you don’t like it, adjustments can be made in the touch-up session. The color will fade over time if no further touch-ups are done.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or reschedule appointments with 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. A valid credit card is required to book. Reschedule or cancel via email, phone, or online. If you cancel or reschedule three times in a row, we might refuse service.

Fibroblast Plasma Common Questions
What are Fibroblast Plasma Procedures?
Fibroblast Plasma Skin Tightening and Resurfacing are advanced treatments that tighten and improve the skin without surgery or lasers. A special plasma tool is used to vaporize dead skin cells, which tightens the skin and makes new collagen grow. This treatment can lift and tighten any body part, remove dark spots, skin tags, moles, and improve scars, stretch marks, and other marks.
Is It Painful?
It can be moderately painful, but we use numbing cream to help with this. Pain levels vary from person to person. Some might find it more uncomfortable, especially during their menstrual cycle. Others may feel very little pain.
How Long Will It Last?
The results are similar to surgery and will last as long as your skin naturally ages. Things like sun exposure, smoking, and skincare can affect how long the results last. Sometimes, more than one treatment might be needed for better and longer-lasting results.
How Long Does the Procedure Take?
It depends on the area being treated. Smaller areas like around the eyes might take 2-3 hours. Larger areas like the face, chest, or stomach can take several hours.
What Is the Process Like?
First, you’ll have a consultation to discuss your goals. When you come for the treatment, you’ll numb the area and go over your goals again. The procedure uses a tool that creates a plasma arc, like a tiny lightning bolt, which doesn’t touch your skin but vaporizes the skin cells to tighten the skin and boost collagen. You’ll have tiny dots on the treated area that fall off in 4-7 days. You’ll see immediate results, but the best results show up in 2-4 months.
After the treatment, we’ll give you instructions and materials for home care. If you need more treatments, they can be scheduled within 6-12 weeks at a discount.
What Is the Recovery Like?
You’ll have some swelling and redness for 2-3 days. The treated area will have brown dots or a crust that falls off in 4-7 days. Keep it clean and dry, and use the antiseptic and collagen cream we provide. The best results appear in 2-4 months. Sometimes, more treatments are needed for the best outcome.
Who Shouldn't Get Fibroblast Plasma Treatments?
This treatment isn’t good for those who are pregnant or nursing, have dark skin, are prone to certain types of scarring, have uncontrolled diabetes or are undergoing chemotherapy, have viral infections or diseases, are prone to fever blisters, have epilepsy, heart problems, organ transplants, skin irritations near the treated area, have had recent deep skin treatments or tans, are using certain skin products, or are generally unwell.
